train duranto running late by 2 hrs.. in A2 2nAC coach water supply in all utility nil..one 🐁 mouse was in coach..

the pillow case very and white bedsheet was very dirty. the attendant refused to provide a better one

it is a primium train and we could not get confirmed ticket like Rajdhani one extra bogie should be there if wait list is more

Train is fast and very good but lacks cleanliness just like other trains. Further no food/ pantry is available as it has very few stops.

LHB new rake was exceptional. Linen was good. But pillow was too soft to be comfortable. Pl provide pillows of moderate stiffness for comfortable journey experience.

Toilets were not cleaned, no water bottle and snacks was provided in the journey, as the same provided in duranto....
