never ever come from this train all the general tickets tourist came in reservation coach n seat in ur reserved seats n no one can say anything ticket checker also came n gave fine from them n go after that the harresed u like hell n specially For the Ladies don't come at this train toilets are dirtiest no water supply garbage everywhere u cannot seat ur own seat because they occupied ur seat

Even though having bitter experience on 04.12.23 again we were forced to travel in the same train. faced unbarable waiting at Krishnarajapuram..train came on to be the platform by 2:15 pm instead 9:27 am. Imagine the hell we faced. It took about 20 hours of journey instead usual time 14:30 hours ..We have no option except this direct train. please take necessary steps to make our trips peaceful in future. I've tired in waiting for about 5 hours on platform. so didn't take any photos.

The train was booked 15 days before but on the day of journey the train was delayed by 2.45 minutes and it was diverted to other station but after reaching station training was head to thiruthapi but I wanted to travel towards Chennai. As my wife was 9 months pregnant it was very difficult to find other train and already I had booked sleeping coach.later no train on time and it was very difficult to find out other option to travel as my wife was 9 months pregnant.

unreserved passengers boarded sleeper bogie and reserved passengers couldn't board the train all toilets blocked by unreserved passengers 19 hours couldn't go for toilet each compartment 200 above unreserved and tickerless passengers, squad passed before gudur when informed they said in gudur they will take action but toll nagpur no action was taken, its understood squad was also corrupted they collected few fine and rest pocketed the money

In Sleeper Class this was the condition, If ladies, childrens should go for wash room how it's possible you should reply me & if anybody station is coming to get down how it's possible. TT guy will come he will take commission from each & every person he will go. Now my question was wat u hve improved aftr tis train line became private. For Money Looti i beleive it's an very bad experience till know.

Timing of the train was good and the train quality was not good more people from general compartment will be the sleeper coach it will be very uncomfortable for the people very worst experience in the train
people sit in wash room for travelling
we cannot go to washroom also

it's very worst that my tickets were not confirmed & I'd to leave the train because of overloaded passengers in it. It's horrible & terrible too, 3 kids & a couple were totally disturbed by these shitty railway rules. My money(fair) were looted by railway. Shame on railway.

Coach S11 was cancelled so we have to run for the new given coach.....so many passengers were traveled with waiting tickets ..slept down in between two berths , on walking way, near toilet ...in short it's very uncomfortable specially for senior citizens or pregnant lady to walk from such rush........on such traffic route IRCTC has to increase the number of coaches......

Good. But this long travel train the toilet hygiene is so shabby and emanating foul smell and vomiting sensation in 3AC even within 6 hours travel since no attention seems to have been paid and this makes me un happy in spite I spend on 3AC even for a short distance day travel. While I am forced to condemn the service providing agency's attitude, I pity the Indians for such who pay more than the worth service what they get. Is it a punishment to passengers... C V RAMADOSS c

rush,of people, waiting list traveller are traveling with 300-400 waiting ticket,there is no increase in trains,if the number of traveller increased,railway is not providing accommodation to traveller,but they can give waiting tickets,each and every traveller is suffering,due to huge rush,railway is not doing its duty in a proper way.
hope to solve the suffering,and a government should take care of their people.

Actually I used travel more by this train but yesterday it was very disturbed..... During journey of bangalore to Chennai, 3 hours late... Even i saw in sleeper it was worst than general, why tt allowing that much people to go by sleeper... Why there is no limits of people to travel like AC... What about those 72 peoples who booked in sleeper and asurance by railway that happy journey..... Where is happy journey?????? Actually I didn't click any pictures so I'm not able to send you those pictures..

Need to improve. Railway govt should take step against vendor who take extra money for food items just like take the rate of tea by govt is 7 rs but vendor take sell it on 10 rs that is wrong. Second thing is ant house keeping and sanitation need to improve it very dirty.
