Food quality needs improvement. There should be dry vegetables with pulses. The quality of chapati should also be addressed.

Toilet was not up to the mark. Side lower and side upper seats to not had charging point in boggie number B3.Not worth as compared to ticket price.

Don't served welcome soups n bread roll. Food served next day was worst ever I eat in IRCTC. I have 5 RAC Tickets with sharing bedrolls. I have request your attendant to arrange blanket n Pillow. Toilet was very dirty.

what the hell has happened to railway? you are charging almost equal to plane and you are degrading your services day by day. no maintenance in toilet, B1 boggy which I was travelling in. Rice, bread, paneer sabaji this not up to mark. I have always mentioned in my feedback that you train was a wonderful experience a year back for me but the system has degraded in this train and it's going worse. good luck railway I know you are suffering a lot but just keep your spirit up...I want to see this train or every train on right track.

Please improve the cleanliness in the train..toilets are very stinky..many taps in toilet do not have cover..wash basins are not cleaned..overall a very bad and horrible experience.

dekho sidhi baat no bakwas train mein safai ke naam pe thuk patti ka kaam hua hai, aur khane mein rooti to tuti hi nahi rahi thi kitno ne khane waste kardiya gussa to bahut aaraha tha, DURONTO to AC train hai, 3 baar AC maintain karne ko kahaa fir bhi staaf ke kaan mein zoo tak nahi reng rahi thi, Railway ke mukhiya mahodaye ji aap log paise to pura lete yahaan tak ki jyada bhi lete hoo fir bhi quality maintain nahi kar pate....aur chale bullet train chalane jo hai use sambhaaliye ji.........
next time se photo bhi nikal liya karenge

Experienced two types of food on same journey. One was good the other pathetic. We were 4 pax and 1 got better while the other 3 was served downgraded food. Explanation given was the good was procured from outside while the others were made in the pantry car. Please have some treatment for all passengers.

toilet bohat hi ganda hai. train mai saaf safayi bilkul bhi nahi rehti hai. sirf train ki ticket expensive hai or facilities kuch bhi nahi hai.

Before a 1 hour your ac is off is so reducules pls improve your all department to talk polite and your person is taking all blank kit and clove before 1 hour he told is rule of railway
