The train was late and even provided the blanket very late in fact no blanket at all. Only one bedsheet was provided. Indian railway is pathetic

very bad food on the train. Pillows were not provided, the train staff were very busy asking for tips at the end of the journey for the services they did not provide

nice train and good hospitality but .. they give only 1 water bottle for 20hrs. That's not good atleast 3 bottle for 24 hrs should be given.

Not cleaning the compartment, towels are not up to the mark. Food is very poor quality. please I'm requesting you take some necessary action as soon as possible. please give value for customer money.

As one of the premium trains, there is a lot that needs to be done. train was delayed by more than 4 hours.
food quality was not up to the mark as expected in a 1AC duronto.

Dinner not provided on 14 Mar 20 from Originating Station Hazarat Nizzamuddin Railway Station. Although trains schedule departure was 2135 hrs and it was dinner time.

If govt. is charging egual charges for all Rajdhani"s than at least one min std should be maintained in all Rajdhani trains w.r.t. cleanliness, & food.
At least all Rajdhani should maintain a level of cleanliness maintain I'm Mumbai Delhi Rajdhani.
Even improvements in food also required in Mumbai Delhi Rajdhani .

Still food quality need to upgrade also hygiene to be maintained which was missing.

Indian railway needs to be better in food quality.
On train quality I gave 3 star coz too many unwanted shakes I had to suffer in the whole journey, may be the driver was not good
