train was too delayed and the station time was not matched . Also the toilet was too dirty and seats are also broken and the price was high and couldn't give basic facilities.

I book my ticket from Agra to New Delhi Railway station dated 15/04/2020 second sitting but unfortunately train cancelled due to lockdown, but when refund msg received there is charges of gst and service charge deducted, I would like to know why deducted because train cancelled due to lockdown it is by government, all the media announced that full amount will be refunded by rail ministry... if rail ministry refund like this the hard working money of public will be illegally collection by ministry of railways by the names of rules and regulations of refunds regarding etc.... is it fare kindly attention chairman railway board and the other commercial members of railways board.....

surprise to note that in total journey no TTE came for checking resulting uncomfortable to occupy the reserve seat due to the presence of unauthorised passenger.

Experience with Taj Express was very bad. The train was very stinky and dirty. Seat were also very uncomfortable. Train late more than 0ne hour.

Reservation sheat all genral passenger come and high cloud in coach no any person go bathroom then passenger sitting in coach gallery and sit batbroom main gate .and no any ticket checking in coach.

too much late . Maintenance of train , platform cleaning and display board every thing is worst . Railway department is not any improvement in last 10 Years. Online late train status is 70% .

bathroom was in very bad condition and its was running by 3hr late and its very poor service for Indian railway. Toilet sheet is full with water and I can't explain of durtyness.

Full coach with people's like it's a general coach no TT came to check the ticket. Huge rush. For going to toilet it takes 45 minutes to go and back to my seat. Very bad experience ????. Please solve this issue....

train got late and due to this i missed my connected train so basically a tiring experience but overall the journey was good and my love towards indian railway never decrease so basically this time i will give a 3.5 rating.
hope we do well next time.
