It's very difficult for the senior citizens and also for an aged person to land at the Puri Station. The platform is too low to use.

every thing ok but food quality average i travelled first time Satabdi Puri express no idea food facilities.pasenger onboard train then crew members allounce any body first time traveling Satabdi train asked to passenger's food service free but i confused so please do it? thanks for Indian railways

only book if you have to. Seats are generally available, but sitting for such a long journey, even in executive class is not at all comfortable. Food quality is good, but quantity is not.

if it is a premium train I am worried about out trains how much those are clean compartment and as well as toilet. Toilet is just unbearable and worst.

Compare to the previous day's food quality and the quantity both has been gone down. Sorry to say that.

Everything is ok, but it might have been better if the train is run during the morning time thereby the travellers could reach Puri by afternoon. Then it will be convenient for them to get accommodation, to have darshan in the temple etc. well in time without facing any problems.

Quality of food is not so good but compare to other train it is better. But train worker who serve food directly ask for money as a TIP(baksheesh) to each and every Prassanger.

The timming of the train & the ambiance was good but the quality & the quantity of the food was not upto the mark very poor of Howrah Puri Satapdi Express.

The C2 coach was full of rodent and cockroaches. The seats were uncomfortable. The reclying system was not working properly. Even the seat design is not ergonomically as per seating posture. The washrooms was untidy full of foul smell, Flush was not working properly in the washrooms. The train was 2.5 hours late when reached Howrah station. The overall experience was pathetic and not value for money. The train having general compartments which stopped in almost all stations and the travel time was 9 hours from Bhubaneswar.

No food menu available like Rajdhani and other Shatabdi Trains.Food Quality is average and quantity seems to be less than the measurements provided by IRCTC for these trains.
