Train was unclean. No study lamps. No bottle holders. Blanket, pillow covers were very dirty. Old Bogie. Food was very spicy. paratha was was very hard, like rock

toilets are not good in A2, not sufficient soap in toilet basin, no tissue, English toilet is not provided both side, etc. but the employees are too well behaved

don't travel on second seating very bad other people without ticket also there he don't know about 2nd seating and general very bad experience, I never travel in 2nd seating

this particular ndls duronto has the worst timing of all. This train stats after 20 minutes of poorva train and stays behind all the way to Delhi. Earlier it was 17 hour's journey to new delhi in this duronto but now it's been upto 24 hours. and a lot of delay due to poorva.

good in morning is bad ... chicken curry is hard chew ang garlic flavour is two much unable to eat even dal is not upto mark it's dry ... please remove boneless chicken from menu breat price is hard rubbery difficult to eat .
kindly railway minister eat chicken in train I am 100 💯 sure you will not like it.

Train was,late by 2 hours and compartment door was locked from inside and no one was their to open the door .. Train was about to leave from the station then one man who was passenger came for open the door ..this was very bad

This train is intentionally delayed by positioning it behind poorva express. Today it was forced to run behind poorva till allahabad. delay is inevitable. so frustrating!

If you're traveling in Duranto or Rajdhani train, Paying more than double than the normal super fast train then you never expect to be late more than 5 hours.
It's a pathetic experience.

Food is not as good as that in Rajdhani...i expected better quality since the fare is higher than that of Rajdhani
