The train is not maintained probably because of the food which is constantly served in the train. They are not able to dispose the waste as there are less stops as a result the passengers find a discomfort in using the restrooms. Though the train was late in Nagpur it made up while reaching the destination. I did not order food so I don't know about the food.

Train everything i.e timing, food and hygiene and sanitation very very bad. This train has been reached 3 hrs late (2330hrs) at MGR Chennai Central. My last 5 travels of this train reached late. Due to I can't caught my connecting trains due to disturb by passengers. You are requested to consider everything for passengers welfare

not worth for dynamic fares,,
no fixed signal, train running late,late,,,, reached MAS by 22:20hrs,, then how people can travel from MAS to other areas in late night hours???,, instead they can come in Tamilnadu or GT express by paying less money,,
the travel on 24/09/24 MAS Duranto is not worth for dynamic fare rate
coach/seats are looking very old,
Package food/tea/snacks are not unique when compared Sleeper to AC coaches,

1st of all it was approximately 6 hrs late. Being superfast it is totally unbelievable. Cleansing in the toilets was pathetic. No supply of tea and coffee during the journey. Staff was arrogant. I will suggest to improve the quality of cleanliness .

We faced lot of problems, like food quality was worst.Curtains was torn and in worst condition. Requested to replace or repair the curtain but attender was not in position to do the things right.Also train delayed by more than four & half hour. Still we are in train and hoping for reaching the destination ie.Chennai.Very hopeless journey indeed.

very worst this time , after taken catering facility in ticket , but not provided well , every meal 2-3 hours delay , and even my connecting train from Chennai egmore to Thanjavur junction , but railway is not taking decision to give resolution for further proceeding to passenger for smooth journey to their destination , they told that passenger will go in under weightage train in general compartment if you have AC ticket that doesn't matter from station master (Chennai central)

The delay is not desirable and definitely avoidable. Never tried to cover the delay. Instead, the delay and the late running were increasing due to the reasons best known only to Indian Railways.
News is going on to increase the speed of the trains by improving and strengthening of the railway tracks. But it is

wrost train I ever travelled, ticket prices are premium but train punctuality and cleaness very worst condition . Duranto means fastest to rajdhani but the train goes like mail/ express train

Train travel and services are good.A small suggestion is at Vijayawada Junction where I boarded the train.The platform no.of the train was not displayed.Some how I managed to board the train.
