Ahead of scheduled departure time train was near Vasai junction. How is possible?
fear in mind that it will leave quickly I preponed days activity.

as cameras to other Duranto Trains this is very low quality as like normal Ex. trains.

This rake require extensive Repair, better would be replacement.
Toilet 🚻 doors ,inter coach not closings properly. Complete Toilet fittings have outlived it's life.
Locomotive Pilots need extensive training in gear changing without jerking the train.
Interfacing the IRCTC with Railway computerized booking offices, faced problem in adding a child in the PNR generated by IRCTC .
Did not use pentary facilities.

food is really pathetic
Needs lot of improvement, especially nonveg items. Breakfast and evening snacks are good.

i found train was not as clean as it use to be.
no night light in coupe either complete dark or full light was annoying.

The cleanliness of the toilet is a matter of concern. It needs a lot of attention.
The Quality of food supplied by railway is very poor . There is no choice for elderly passengers.

in side birth there is no charging connection and don't have any Western toilet.
toilet cleaning is poor

The train experience was not good. Baby cockroaches are there in the compartment and the toilet also... The quality of food was very bad with too much onion I didn't like food... please improve ur food quality and baby cockroaches problem

Food and service is getting worse day by day. One of the most unpleasant travel i ever had all and all due to the coach attendent. Pathetic service.

Excellent train journey ,fully comfortable ambeince and top of it well behaved staff attitude .Food served was second to none.
