Train reached before time :) very good train. But should provide the curtains in AC 2 tier as I expected as my family was there and I found in other train the curtains in AC 2 tier so expected. Food was excellent 😋 And the service too. Keep it up :)

jain paneer no good both times. can provide green veg once. pickle was not either pickle or paste. It was some khatta juice. no paper napkins , toilet seat paper in toilet. flush button not working. a small चुहिया running in compt. 2 water bottles atleast needed. seats lying vacant but lower seats not alloted.it's a long journey. can fresh fruits on sale basis be provided. No Tips is only a logo. after train dep do provide at least tea & biscuits. and so on. thanks

the time of traveing A3 coach train coupling was loose many time we hit with train walls it was painfull and we hitted with pressure

chicken curry was rich and not good for train passengers. Make it normal cook. Vegetable should be some good cook and potato oil fry is not desirable.

AC Coaches 1. NO Mobile charger fitted, so should be INSTALLED for side lower berth. 2. At Least two Mineral water should be given to each passengers. 3. Asking for tips by the pantry cars and cleanliness from each passengers is matter of shame. 4. Mosquitoes, flies are observed but no solution given except spraying of HIT, which is harmful for all passengers. 5. Snacks should be given while boarding or at least tea. 6.Food is not up to the mark and quality of food should be improved IMMEDIATELY. 7. Curtains in 2 AC is not channeled properly and seems not washed adequately also. Thanks and Regards

Railway only fill own pocket, time punctuation is still huge problem in our indian railway while we r pay highly cost to travell but who cares. overall indian railway is only filling the own pocket dynamic price i ask the railway what is the need of dynamic price in railway.

There is no change in Ticket price but from 1st of July only they serve dinner and breakfast. No welcome drinks, snacks, no soup... Fare Dynamic good going government.

Train no. 12259 doronto express. Very bad experience journey with this train. Its running late by 8 hour. I will never journey with this train in the future and also not give advice to travel this train.

Services have been improved..but train departure time is 18.30 hrs so after boarding at least tea should be served. Food quality should be improved and hygienic.

The quality of food is too low n no punctuality to serving food attend behaving not good all over it's a bad journey n most pathetic things the attended ask for tip ...

Train was very late to destination. Bad smell in train bogie. I board on train at Dhanbad junction and ask to pantry staff for dinner but he said no meals provided by railway in mid journey of train and also said time is over for dinner. After discussing with pantry manager they were agreed for distributing the dinner but the dinner was in very bad condition hence I left my dinner. There is need to think about it because passenger is already paid on the time of ticket booking for meal.

very bad after paying dynamic fare, when it a public property, why people will pay dynamic charge, it like railway authority encashing the people weakness just like ill legal storeg done at the time of critical situation
