Seats are very uncomfortable you can not seat properly. If you want to go Mela to heb this is the first work to exclude this train from your journey plan

Very bad experience. Seat of CC is very bad. No punctuality, pantry service is very poor.

The train should be punctual.
It never reaches on time.
There should be pantry car in such long distance train.
2A.C. COACHES should be made permanent instead of temporary Augmentation
