Timimg:The train is quite punctual and even runs ahead of time,but keep this in mind when you are getting in or getting out of train as it hardly stops for 2 minutes.
train quality:The quality is average.The seats are on the smaller side according to me. it's not intolerable and definitely can be traveled upon but the quality is lesser compared to other trains.
Food quality:The frequency of tea and coffee is quite less and didn't see any railneer water bottle seller(there was some other water,but that to was very ess frequent) there is provision of ordering food

train coaches are very old. water facility in washroom is not proper. bedding given are not properly washed.

side upper and side lower seats are very uncomfertable and very conjusted.
Toilet is very poor.

Bedding provided by attended is not up to d standard. White bed sheets r not washed properly. Water bottle not provided for each seat like other ac trains .We purchased it from coach attandent & he gave local bottle in which water taste so bad

No power plug in side birth .
No net pouch bag to keep our mobile or water bottle.

Very old couchs and very uncomfortable but best things is train run faster then other trains... This why I used sometimes

No cleanliness.
No sweeper.
Old 3 tier coaches.
No pantry so bring your food with you.
Good speed and punctuality because it runs between Rajdhani and August Kranti.

everything is good but quality and seating arrangement is bad quality.. AC chair car seating is general 12 hours journey on simple setting but reservation charge is high is not fare for passengers..

Seats are so conjusted need improvisation. An being a long route train there should be a pantry car.

Charges for seat, but dissapointed with leg room, found charged for standing journey. Seats are very uncomfortable..

kindly provide pantry car in this train.
Also provide stoppage at Borivali station. It's very convinient for the passengers due to access road to bandra terminus is very bad. so many passengers can't reach on time to Bandra terminus.
