The train is punctual, the coaches are good and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and there is no problem with water, and the quality of food on this train is the same as on all long-distance trains.If anyone goes to Bangalore, they can travel on this train once, Thanks.

useless train i added travel garantee but it didn't confirm.i paid 400 extra total i paid 1235 but refund came only 795 it's very disappoint I will never book this train again I will told my colleague also

one of the worst train and the irctc staff members are more worst than train. I don't know how railway giving jobs for that idiots
Train has reached vijayawada 1 hour late it's ok but there is low AC in 2 AC coach with mosquitoes
Food quality is very bad except dahi 😆

Train tickets cost is also very high not at all worthy

Very dusty compartments, found a running cockroach on the food trap when they served and requested them to change. Due to so much dust my sinus was active all this time.. Need more cleanliness. And the train was running fast, few of us prefer the train on time. not fast or slow, just on time.

This is the train i have experinced very bad impression in my life and one of my collegue mobile also theft,one thief from vijaywada station due to people enteing to sleeper coach without any restriction and TTR is behaving very irresponsible. in my sleeper coach allowed 8 people but actually 15 people stayed at one coupa... its very bad experience. no one taking any responsible from IRTC..

train has come steadily but before reaching to bhubaneswar it was intentionally delayed by stopping unnecessary. again after renicuntta upto the end it's late by 2.5hrs which can be avoided by authorities

1. washroom was very very bad condition with the Dirty things,
2. departure has been a correct time, such a bad experience this time with Duranta because most of the stations stopping and also must say that whether this train leaving from station too much of jerking even though middle of the railway truck , upset with the pilot.
3. quality of the food is ok ok but quantity of the rice was very very small not even sufficient for a kid also.
I must mention the service person was very humble and polite.
hope it will be sorted out soon. we will be visit again.

Old coach, poor and dirty toilets
reading lamps were not working.
all the supplied bed sheet and hand towels are very old and stain-full.
hand towels found like sand paper.
foods are not as per menu.
pantry prepares food according to their stock only.
Menu App neither followed nor served zone wise too,
as per their wish.
But the waiter found to be decent .

food quality needs improvement. Further, food delivery team, cleaning team, bedding in charge etc all people's are asking tips after service, which should be blocked by IRCTC, as this leads courruption and poor society.

Food is bad. Very cold. Toilet pipes leaking and not flushing properly. Train being late by 4 hours need to refund super fast charges. It's painful sitting at bearth no. 51. The supply material kept under berth and keep on disturbing. Boys are courteous and nice. Please do reply after attending to the issues.

Train is neatly maintained. Post every meal, one of the workers cleans the floor with disinfectant and before sleep time, anti-mosquito sprayed.
Food served was average. Toilets need maintenance as the hose pipe in western cummords didn't work in B2

Coach should be new.from outside it look like new but from inside it looks very old. are we paying more for this?quantity of food should be more.tea could be good.one side u r giving chicken and other side potato.atleast paneer should b there.
