Toilet is dirty and not cleaned. Washbasin outside Toilet is a must. The cleaning boy while collecting wastage from the passengers refused to accept used empty food pockets which are not bought from IRCTC.

Seats are not Cleaned Properly. AC Coach Entrance Doors are Too Hard to Open/Slide, for aged persons, in particular, like Me.

compartment E1 is leaking. it was raining, and we stopped where there was no canopy. food was not even close to ok

Food was loaded at Erode and served immediately. The quantity of sambar and panneer masala could be reduced a little bit. otherwise OK.

Executive chair car, need to have more cushion in the seat, it is more or less flat. food quantity quality need to be increased drastically. coffee tea are worst.

i am travelling in C3, too much jerk in this compartment. Food item they served chappathi kurma and curd. while i open veg kurma packet i shocked i saw human hair in so dint eat any thing instead of curd.

Food is not up to the expectation.FOOD IS VERY SMALL IN QUANTITY ESPECIALLY KITCHEDI.
LUNCH MENU IS SAMBAR RICE CURD AND PICKLE.FOR THREE OR FOUR HOURS TILL ONE O CLOCK NOTHING IS PROVIDED.
I THINK PICKLE IS USED WITH CURD RICE NOT WITH CURD.
IF IT CANNOT BE PROVIDED THE TICKET FARE ONLY WILL BE COLLECTED.
SORRY TO SAY THIS.

i am asked to review when I did not travel at all. The tickets I booked were cancelled.
Obviously confirmtkt does not talk to irctc server for days together.
