Till now the train has not departed from Anand vihar railway station. upto 7 hrs is delayed. yet not confirmed when the train is departing from starting station.

the toilets and the sink were not clean and there was not water supply....all the ac compartments were very dirty in which cockroach were there .It was very unhygienic.

Good train. running on time. coaches are old and. hygiene not maintained. Long distance train without pantry car. running weekly.

my ticket got waitlisted and cancelled atleast should give 1 ticket if I'm trying again there it was urgent but it got cancelled

Truly it is very good travelling and we are felling at the same in the comparison of rajhdani.Towards work hard it is much better .

very bad quality food and train is very rusty there is no difference between sleeper and 3A it's just like general.

train coach is maintain hygiene or this coach is not like as a humsafar exp so please change this coach or maintain it carefully

no waiting confirm ,my waiting list is 5, but not confirmed seat, very bad system, this is effect of privatization. no more people travel without rich person that's it.

I was traveling 21 march it was Holi. starting was slow but kanpur reached on time and Jhaja ahead 30 minutes . Really nice train. set is comfortable

Staff nature very Rudely.. Not giving food properly. Not giving full meal. Always missed some part like ketchup, curd, and all. Toilet smells all time.
