My berth no. 13 was in A1coach,toilets were not upto mark, were stinking. Window curtain was stiff at one place, uyou cannot slide, resulting full Lights were coming when train stops at station, this was irritating and you can't sleep well. One bedsheet was seems to be washed and pressed but second one was used one. Blanket was also more or less stinking.

The cleanliness is very poor The toilets in the train are very dirty and stinking, there is no provision for hand wash

Lucknow mail have no any service like water and food I was see look 3 hour's single person not available in train like this service baad service

all over is good . But Toilets are not clean in the Sleeper class coach. I have travel in S6 coach of sleeper class in yesterday. The toilet is chocked and flush system is not working.

Bed role not washed used covers without washing iron press कर दिया गया.
No food used so no comment.

this train seating arrangement is pathetic. first of all I got side lower birth in g6 coach berth no 49 and what I saw is that there is one more middle berth also, this is really ridiculous.no space all the way is congested. now coming back to my second point the train stopped in Alam nagar station for almost 45 minutes.alamnagar station is not the stopping point of this particular train Garib Rath. third point the cost of dinner meal is 150 rs just including 2 rotis little bit of dal and paneer sabji.im not going to travel in this train again.indian railway is really thugs of Hindustan.

ट्रेन मे tt की कोई सुनवाई नही है हमे अपनी सीट पर भी बैठने नही दिया गया tt को बुलाया उनसे भी कुझ नही करा हमारे पैसे बेस्ट हो गए

रात्रि में यात्रा के दौरान यात्री का स्वास्थ्य खराब (उल्टी आने से बैंडिंग गन्दी होने के कारण),उसको बदलने के लिए कोच नं बी-2, बर्थ नं-61 पर ड्यूटी पर तैनात टीटीई ने बिना रसीद दिए यात्री से 500रू लिए। क्या ये उचित और मानवीय है? इस पर क्या कार्रवाई करके यात्री को उचित न्याय मिलेगा?

i was travling moradabad to lucknow ....and i felt really bad beacouse the manager and tt they dont know how to speak with pssngr they are really rude and the staff who are staying for service and information they are also very rude .....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

condition of toilets was not good. Sleeper class coach looks like general (unreserved), lots of people were sitting on the lower births as well as sleeping all over the passages..It was jam-packed one cannot go to urenal comfortably.
