good but we hadn't got information about train has changed its platform and shifted to somewhere else,which create ruckus at last moment roaming here and there.

Train was very crowded. Waiting list passengers were in equal numbers as the reserved passengers. Toilets were not having water.

WHY PASSENGERS ARE NOT COMPENSATED DUE TO DELAY OF TRAINS, THIS IS LAPSE OF SERVICE AND RAILWAY SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS. ( WHEN IT CHARGES 200-300/- PER CANCELLATION, WHILE IT LOOSES NOTHING DUE TO CANCELLATION OF TICKET, THERE IS ALWAYS A WAITING LIST FOR SEAT.
