Needs to clean the toilet properly. very bad condition. Catering services is good but quality of food is not good. As I got stale cutlate with fungs on it and which is not properly cooked. Attendend changed after my complaint.

very bad, late by 2hrs at Margao & 4 hrs late at Mumbai, wht is the meaning of triple fast express if it get late by 4 hrs only fooling the passengers in the name of vidhit bharat illiterate RM & govt. Shame on Railway

totally disappointed with the food staff clearly mentioned on the ticket veg menu they didn't even served the breakfast and in the lunch I had to move to the pantry and ask the irctc pantry manager and on that he answered me he didn't know about it totally disgusting pantry management
the premium train like doranto is running late by more than 3+ hrs
highly disappointed in this journey.

Train as overall was good , 9.45am it was supposed to reach madgaon but reached at 10.35am , whatever thali was served in the afternoon same was repeated at dinner time all the food items were the same , also train reached its destination at ltt at 10.35 pm instead of 9.55 pm arnd half hour late ,

the last time I ate duronto food I got food poisoning. so, I was scared to eat the food.btrain was late by 2.5 hrs. got on the train at 3am. no bedding was provided. asked the ttr and 3 attendents(fast asleep). it was an hour before I got the bedding and pillow

i had very bad experience in this train.the train was so much late and the canteen staff don't know anything about customer service the food server boy is so rude with all customers and he is faithless person

its totally disappointing. dynamic charges has deducting from us & not hiving any normal facilities. below average yoilet with bad odour from the starting station. coaches are average only. even normal trains are better than this special train. bad experience

train was very bad in condition. overloaded garbage bags were every where. they alloted us wrong coach which was b5. in morning snacks we ordered poha which was fully cold and ani peanuts in that were not coocked.

The train or compartment is not clean from out & inside, mosquito inside the coach, bad toilet room.
if this is duranto then better we travel by general or SL class.
The food quality is not good and quantity is also not sufficient.
overall I feel I will travel in SL and pay for the duranto train.

12224 ERS LTT DURONTO IS THIRD GRADE TRAIN. I WILL NOT TRAVEL BY THIS TRAIN AGAIN. I BOOKED CC - CHAIR CAR BUT ADMINISTRATOR CHANGED IT IN TO SLEEPER COACH.
PUNCTUALITY IS ALSO THIRD GRADE.
CAN NOT GIVE STAR RATING AT ALL.

Toilets were not clean.There was no water in the morning even for brushing. It seems, there was some problem with the train's braking system.There were frequent jerks when the train was stopping and starting.However, train was punctual.

AC2 coach A2 is in bad shape, no water in the toilets.
Ovar all comparatively poor experience in comparison to a normal mail or Express train.
Needs lots of improvement already mentioned in feedback form.
