Beautiful journey. Train delayed by 1 hour which is normal on this route , so no complaints.Train was very clean.

Train started late by one hour. Got supper by 11 - 11.30pm. Toilet not clean. Water was not available for some time.

Dinner was very cold when started journey.Next day lunch is quite well than dinner.IRCTC staff not distributed water bottle to the passenger at the time of morning breakfast.

Good food and service.
Only criticism is that staff members asked to be tipped, and openly showed discontent over amount of tip given. This was very awkward, and somewhat arrogant.
In other first class trains, staff wear buttons asking not to be tipped. Perhaps the latter Should be made a rule in first class, given that the ticket fees are already high enough.

Facilities were very bad and train was late.
No dinner and breakfast was not given if train was late in the morning.
Price is too high for nothing.

No dinner only water bottle n tea provided. Its a trap u have to buy third class meal from pantry at a high rate

bedings were not given clean and were given short instead of 2 bedsheets attendant gave 1 to all.And attendant was not polite at all
