The Jerks in the train coach B-7was severe and several times from Panvel to Goa and from Mangalore onwards was the same Jerks. Only from Goa to Mangalore was smooth. Hope driver was not a trainee.

very old coach with poor ailes and washrooms, not up to Duranto standard even some mail exp are better than this coach, considering the amount of tickets far exceeds other lower category trains.
Good thing was excellent food staff

The food quality is horrible. I could not eat as the food was stinking with some smell. chapatis were very badly made, raw at the edges. Toilets were unhygienic n dirty. on the whole standard of this train is dropped drastically

they are not selling the RAIL NEER only promoting the local brand of water .......

me travelled in A3 coach...washrooms and coaches are more better clean than other trains its first time for me getting with much clean washrooms...very convenient to use...thanks you

to beTrain was one and a half hour late. The pipe in the toilet wasn't working. The compartment was clean, AC and charging point was working fine.

fake DL1 coach shown in this app it's written 2s sitting chair coach but it was an genaral coach and they charged 650 for per ticket vast experience indian railway must regret for this

I would have given 0 starts to b honest 6:20 was timing to madgaon it's 7:45 and we are yet to reach madgao, Indian railway is actually the worst rail service in world , they should compensate people with 50% fare if late by 1 hr or more .

Dinner was very cold when started journey.Next day lunch is quite well than dinner.IRCTC staff not distributed water bottle to the passenger at the time of morning breakfast.

Good food and service.
Only criticism is that staff members asked to be tipped, and openly showed discontent over amount of tip given. This was very awkward, and somewhat arrogant.
In other first class trains, staff wear buttons asking not to be tipped. Perhaps the latter Should be made a rule in first class, given that the ticket fees are already high enough.

Facilities were very bad and train was late.
No dinner and breakfast was not given if train was late in the morning.
Price is too high for nothing.
