seats is very bad 2s plz remove 2s coach or plz set the seats properly too much back pain is coming ticken fare 500 plz maintain seats comfarable

when I traveled from sc to mumbai, whole time there was no water, without water like unable to use washrooms, due to lack of water washrooms were stinky and dirty.

In Train there was Big Rat near my Birth , Train was not Clean,all dust,very poor service, one more thing very important who was incharge of my compartment he was drunk ,he cannot standing properly,and he was arguing with the passengers and all students was there all ladies and girls ,very hopeless

cleanliness of toilets & coaches are more important. Needs to improve these. Trained staff of attendents & food catering is also important always.

it is very disgressing that the staff of Secunderabad LTT Duronto express go on asking tips. First the person who served the breakfast came. He also was selling tea coffee later. Then the cleaning guy came. Then the person who supplies bed sheets. I travelled by nagpur Mumbai Duronto many times, the train is much cleaner and staff also are very polite.

the train maintenance guys who supplies blankets and pillows are demanding money from passengers on board. i gave 50 as tip as he was consistently following up but he demanded 150 and i refused. pls take this as formal complaint and do the investigation. pls fire this kind of people

As per cost, the quality of the food or maintenance is not good. And why we have to pay the dynamic fee when the service is bad and food quantity and quality is bad.

Durunto was Turunto(punctual), No delay, Ontime departure and on time arrival, Only water bottle provided to me, NO FOOD PROVIDED, no clue why. Staff interaction did not take place so cannot rate the staff.

Entire journey was fentastic, nice prompt staff, punctuation, boggies were knit and clean but the most WORST thing was bathroome as always Floor full of water, water taps licking, no proper tissue papers... In short mismanaged Dirty baths though proper supply of water.

All thing are very good, except food quality, and vendor and pantry car staff behavior They first ask and later put pressure for TIP..
