There is no cleaning properly
Noone is here for service to provide water bottle and Napkin.
Noone is offer me food in train
and I paid 2900 Rs for this.
It is not fair.

this is ticket for my 3007 rupees
not about this that ticket one ticket confirm one ticket cannot be this is not 10 years is the half ticket and my get to one ticket and 1504 please return on my request

the worst experience with this train arrived very late, departure also late like 2 HRS, cleanliness zero hygiene maintenance, overall pathetic experience. exit door has been blocked with steward uses and his sleeping bed (no safety). no space for wash room are because of that and no space hand wash sink have only for entire b5 block... really Indian hygiene maintenance zero from compare to other national and has experience bad conversation between with other national of our indian drainage and cleanliness. which is our indian reputation is going very down, so no tourism development because other national people will not willing to choose to visit our nation

The train in general was clean but as expected toilets were pathetic. Also on the sleepers there was lot of dust. i recommend to carry wet wipes to clean the sleepers before using it

toilet was closed because of no water and even the person serving food was having very bad behavior and food was not all things given in list on asking him he replied breakfast is this only they have asked for extra sugar they replied that we have pay for it and it's not allowed by upper authorities

at pune junction someone broken windows of b5 from outside, no police, unable to sleep hole night.. still shifted to other compartment

Bathroom service was very poor from ltt to Secunderabad there water in the coach in b9 have to go in another coach .and catering services too

Iam a regular travller..but this time quantity and quality was worst the least I'm saying specially the food department was worst
