If you are giving a seat to an elderly person, then give him the lower base one, not the upper one. My seat side was lower but I had to go to the upper base seat because my grandfather had taken my seat.

wrost experience of 3A for. .. porvided Economical 3A ne design . coach insted of 3A . . Garib rath train totally providing its feel like its name and not preferred for my next travel. New design coach is not good.. 80people they set in one coach.. but didnt think about passanger. issue... got side upper site .. site totall legth is 6ft around. .. which is not fitt for. who having higher hights.and .. heavy body people. wrost new design.. old is always gold

worst train of Indian railways!! whole coach was congested.. seat was awfull anf very small!! my mom aged 60 years got side middle birth and my aunt 62 years gor upper birth!! payhetic system.. wasrooms are awfull ac not working.. pi

it's better to stop this train than running it in this condition. you actually cannot get inside the bathroom they are never clean and stinky. the sitting arrangement is bad aswell.

water Supply in Washroom is Very Low sometimes Tap is not working . and coach AC is very Low . im personally Complaint the Problem to AC attendent . but They can't take seriously

I am a senior citizen and have traveled in this train and had got a RAC seat no 10 shared by 3 passengers, I was puzzled and asked the TC how is it possible for 3 passengers to sit in one seat no. he said the middle berth is not alloted to anyone so that all the passengers can sit while the others go to their berths to sleep. but after a few hours he comes and allows berth 10 and 11 to me and my co passengers. but why could not the railway do it earlier as it brought stress to me being a senior citizen. kindly look into the matter and do the required allotment before the train leave from it first destination

सब ठीक-ठाक था लेकिन लेकिन हम नहीं तत्काल में 3 सीट बुक की थी जिसमें दो बच्चे और एक लेडीस और एक जेंट्स थे लेकिन रेलवे की तरफ से एक भी ढंग की सीट नहीं मिली अपर बर्थ मिडिल बर्थ अपर बर्थ मिली कम से कम लेडीस को तो लोअर बर्थ मिलनी चाहिए थी

only one drawback that it has 1 more berth between side lower n side upper. Bedroll facility not good. You have to search aytendant and then carry your bedrole youself from him

Seat as on tickets were Two lower berth and Two middle berth but when we board train we got side lower , side middle and lower and middle.. As two ladies and kids were traveling nobody adjust and even tc didn't helping.... Worst experience Please do rectification of berth adjustment according to coaches so no other have to suffer as we did.

train is good but the this site is rediculas i have booked the tickets and the call centres say there is no booking i missed my train due to missconduct of this website horrible experiences i ever had.

basically I thought this train to be the best one .but it is not ...just hate this train. ..don't opt for it ..the bedding is not comfortable, the washrooms are to its worst side and to that there are people using this train's washroom wherever it stops ...I paid around 5.5k for 6 seats and guess what I got utter shear service...really cheap ..best to travel by normal sleeper car than this train ...

Temperature of coach is kept low by train attendants after boarding of passengers so that passengers were indirectly forced to take the bed roll sets (blankets) which is totally undesirable. This kind of practice was shown many times . kindly improve this practice.
