Food not proper delivery. wastage food deliver in dinner by delivery boy. I filed a complaint but no any solution given by manager. Please don't book this train. Waste of Many.

The train’s quality is a bit poor — I mean, it’s not very systematic or properly managed, but everything else is fine. The punctuality is a bit poor, but the staff is good. They’re always ready to do their job and there’s no problem from their side.and the last is food quality is too poor.becasue of By the time the tea arrived, everything had already become cold. It was the same with lunch — everything was cold and not properly warm. I mean, the food should at least be a little hot.and food is not as good as i think .i mean it's poor quality and aslo daal is cold or poor quality.

Never choose this train especially after paying so much for the first AC , very old compartment with very unhygienic bed spreads pillows pillow covers and what not, instead of paying so much to first AC of this train better to fly in plane

Don't Book From Confirm Ticket it is charging high book from irctc you will get the ticket in less amount don't go in rac the seats are too small pathetic experience

Cleanliness is maintained both in the train and washrooms. Staff is also cooperative. However, food quality is really poor, stone found in daal, rice is not cooked properly, Chapatti is not cooked properly. Also, same menu served in lunch and dinner.

Very pathetic condition of the coaches, all toilets are dirty and water logged, food quality is very bad and served cold moreover very late... lobbies are dirty and foul smell...cleaning staff never shows up to clean even on calling...

coach is very bad,no hygiene,dirty,and lot of cockroaches in the compartment,AC is not good.food quality average.lot of improvement is reqd.After paying much also not comfortable that to in like Duranto superfast train.

Full delay and stopping every where. As this is Duronto superfast signal clreances should be given inorder to avoid stoppages. More time taken. Food delivered very late at 11.15pm Cleanliness is not there.

Hi, just wish to bring to your notice and this is a feedback only, i boarded the train from ranikamalapati, train was much before time, still i see the upkeep and awareness to passengers and venders, staff etc to be given, i have seen the garage is collected from bin and thrown outside directly, water was not flowing from the taps, train got 2hrours delayed may i know the reason behind it, food was ok, but i request brief staff not to as ask tips, incase any staff wants to give then let them take it.

Very Commendable job by the Railwayd team to deliver an impeccable train travelling experience. Train travelling has now become far more convenient as compared to any other mode of transportation

this Train Fare Is high as Flight So Maximum Seat not Booked, If Any Body Planned before month for Travelled than Going through Air only

Nice food ,taste was good , need improvement in chapati , quantity was lil bit less ,rice quantity was less , overall experience was good , all the best thanks
