There was no blanket and the staff was making money by making people without ticket sit in the train. Everyone was together. Imagine, where all the blankets, pillows and bedsheets are kept, 6 to 7 people are being made to sit in it and they were taking Rs 2000 from everyone. I am sitting on seat number 80 in bogi G7, they have made it a general bogi by taking tickets. They are giving Rs 600 to one person's TT
कंबल नहीं था और कर्मचारी बिना टिकट वाले लोगों को ट्रेन में बिठाकर पैसे कमा रहे थे। सब लोग साथ थे। सोचिए, जहां सारे कंबल, तकिए और चादरें रखी हैं, उसमें 6 से 7 लोगों को बिठाया जा रहा है और हर किसी से 2000 रुपये लिए जा रहे हैं। मैं बोगी G7 में सीट नंबर 80 पर बैठा हूं, उन्होंने टिकट लेकर इसे जनरल बोगी बना दिया है। वे एक व्यक्ति के TT को 600 रुपये दे रहे हैं

टिकट खरीदने के बाद मैंने 18-01-2025 को सुबह 11:45 बजे 139 पर कॉल करके पता लगाया कि मैंने जिस ट्रेन से यात्रा के लिए टिकट बुक किया था, ट्रेन नंबर 12204 NDLS TO HJP NEW DELHI, वह यहाँ से चलेगी या नहीं। मुझे बताया गया कि मेरी ट्रेन सुबह 11:05 बजे नई दिल्ली से चलेगी।
यह सब पता करने के बाद मैंने तैयारी शुरू कर दी और 25-01-2025 को समय पर रेलवे स्टेशन पहुँच गया। मैं प्लेटफॉर्म पर 12204 की वेटिंग लिस्ट में बैठ गया। कुछ समय बाद जब मेरी ट्रेन 12204 के आने की कोई संभावना नहीं दिखी तो मैंने कुली से पूछा और स्टेशन इन्क्वायरी से भी पूछा कि क्या ट्रेन यहाँ आएगी। उन्होंने हाँ कहा। मैंने ऑनलाइन चेक किया तो ट्रेन की लोकेशन बार-बार बदल रही थी। मुझे कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा था कि मैं ट्रेन पकड़ूँ या नहीं। रेलवे की लापरवाही के कारण मेरी ट्रेन छूट गई। जो नुकसान हुआ है उसकी भरपाई रेलवे विभाग को करनी होगी।

Low Quality Bottles were sold by the fake Vendors, on scolding the Vendor brought Rail Neer Bottles, the Toilets are so Filthy & Dirty, The TTE took bribe from illegal passengers & allowed them to sit/sleep at Main Gate, the passage was also blocked.

इस गाड़ी में बहुत सारे दिक्कतें हैं जैसे कि गरीब रथ को आरक्षण के हिसाब से सबसे पहले इसे अधिकार मिलना चाहिए था जो कि इसमें जो भी व्यवस्था है वह व्यवस्था पूरी तरह सच नहीं और इसे बहुत ही लेट से निकाला जाता है और बहुत ही लेट करें और इसकी में जो सेट है वह एडजेस्टेबल के नाम से ठगा जा रहा है कृपया करके कोई भी व्यक्ति इस कार्य की बुकिंग न करें और यह बहुत ही घटिया गाड़ी है आपको अगर कहीं जाना हो तो टाइम से गाड़ी नहीं छोड़ पाएगी

The Coach had 72 seats and the bookings were made for 78 seats.
There was utter chaos in the morning. Plus the additional tickets were sold to the passengers who boarded the train in between.
Totally disappointed.
The only good thing was that, the train was right on time.

Train compartment not clean as we compare it to Shri Shakti express & Shatabdi Express.
Unreserved Person & daily passenger travel in train without any fear. They stand on the door as cooling of compartment go outside. If you travel with family then I will not recommend this train to travel also Chair Car Seats are very small

No water in the Coach and very dirty washroom. AC is not maintaining by attender. If you ordered for blanket and bed facility no one come for service you have to go yourself to coach Attender and asking for Bed facility and you have to carry all things for your service.

I'm not happy this trip... not working AC and coach so full house full all people disappointed call service this train not clean bathroom and coach.but T. T. work very good. collection too good earlying.but jiska reservation bale pagal ke tarah lar rahe the.

This is one of the third class train started by lalau prasad in the name of garib but it is neither for garib nor for orphans as it is meant for animals.its internal construction is deliberately made congested for animal like people of India as considered by lalu prasad yadav. We r compelled to travel in this train since there is no other option.

Cleanliness is negligible,washroom are dirty,no water in toilet,no liquid soap,very crowded,peoples having confirmed berth,takes 1-2 hour to reach to berth,train is running like Bullock cart,whole journey it does not run like superfast.worst train

A very nasty experience while travelling from UMB Csntt to BE for all, including the passengers and those who came to see them off and those waiting at the other end for their safe and comfortable arrival as no TT was available to guide them who is paid to adjust every single passenger. He was sitting in an adjacent coach very arrogantly looking after his own facilities.
