reached 3.5 hour late at itarsi and was standing 1 hour at platform.. many train passed but this train did not get green signal.. 5.5 hour late till kacheguda. now I don't think it will cover

Cleanliness I'm Train is not good and need to be improved as it was smelling bad and unable to sit.

Toilets were stinking and bad smell. No attention was taken post repetitive complaint. Should they don't be thinking about passengers health and hygiene?

Food is always a concern in pantry, quality is low, price is way to high any thing with this quality price around 45/- will work apart from this every thing is good

very bad train..even in first class wash rooms were not clean. no wash basin outside. train late by 3 hrs.

It was to arrive at 13 30 sun .....still time is 18 30 still it doesn't reached .....no good service by SCR railway they took around 3 hr to change engine near ballarshah - sirpur khagaznagr ...
