You charged extra for confirmed guarantee ticket but provided RAC seats, I am not happy with this journey. Train also arrived 2 hours late at the station.

onwards to Delhi, the train gives a lot of jerk - which causes disturbance to sleep comfortably, although this being 2A ciach. mosquitoes are also found.

There is a crowd like general coach in sleeper coach. There are more people travelling without ticket. People are crowded near the bathrooms: no one is getting time to freshen up.

Pani wali tap nhi chalti or handwash nhi tha 3E me me Katni se nzm tk travel kiya cleaning achhi thi bs Pani hand wash wala har washroom nhi a rha tha ..

The coach was not clean. Water facilities in washroom was very poor, and washrooms were very dirty. Attendants are very lazy and improper. It's should be have a pantry car.

and don't allow all seller to sell there products like tea, coffee, breavage. it's unsafe and disturbing.

Train was delayed by 2 hours and could not be able to make it possible to reach in time.
but Cleanliness was fantastic.

3.5hours late.... I didn't like it at all... I have to miss my bus because of this train... Worst experience... At all stops it is stopping and at outers it was stopped for half hour... Overall experience is bad..
