The train was diverted without prior communication, taking an alternate route via Mathura, Kasganj, Bareilly, and Lucknow. This diversion resulted in a 5-6 hour delay, causing us to arrive in Lucknow at 6 pm instead of the scheduled 12:30 pm.
The train didn't stop at major stations except Mathura, which added to the inconvenience. The food was not available throughout the journey at the stations we halted at. The overall experience was disappointing.
I had booked a Chair Car (CC) ticket, but the seats were uncomfortable, especially given the delay. Additionally, the washrooms lacked water, forcing passengers to use them sparingly. The management was pathetic, and the experience wasn't even worth 1 star.

why general passengers entered in reserve berths? very bad experience with this intercity due to general passengers and grp ,tte not take proper action against crowd.

it was over crowded train,in the reserved coach unreserved passengers were also travelling.No checking staff attended the coach

the station location shown on conform ticket was not accurate other apps were showing more accurate location .

what a great train fully cancelled train up to 31-1218 in order to have passenger feed back the railways should not accept booking on prestigious site like irctc confrimtk.com. playing passengers tolerance
