Shit train need to improve lot .some extra bogie should be given .toilets are dirty and water logged .water leaking .the attendees doesn't give towel .

Our Indian Railways is cheating of fellow Indian passenger, tagging this train as Superfast train and taking superfast surcharge while it is given least priority in each and every sections it passes through.
The train, inspite of departing on time, reached DDU delayed by 1 hours 40 minutes, being detained a station ahead of Manikpur for about 1.5 hours.
The train was again stopped at many station enroute where it does not have any halt inspite of being delayed.
The train is detained at Asansol outer to let Agnibeena Express to leave Asansol ahead of this train which has commercial stoppages at Raniganj, Andal, Panagarh and Mankar but our train does not.
Agnibeena left Asansol at 05:30 am and reached Howrah at around 08:25 am while Chambal left Asansol at 05:45 hours and reached Howrah at 09:15 hours.
The train is not clear and onboard cleaning is not done.
I have travelled by this train several time but it has never even satisfactory.

Quality of food needs to be taken care...should be improved considering the hygiene of the passanger.

there are no cleanliness and water available in the train. Pantry men charges extra mrp on rail neer water bottle.

Sanitary arrangement were worse.of course no taange men was there.intoilet no soap,no papers leakage of water .No maintenance.

Train was late for more than 2 hours. My bedsheet,blanket was not provided by the attendent. I somehow managed with co passenger used items.

As we saw on Youtube, the Chambal Express is very neat, tidy and reliable. Very comfortable berths in 3AC with absolute cleanliness!! The train was delayed by 1hr 15mins at Mahoba, but arrived before time at Howrah. Absolutely perfect link train for Khajuraho passengers, coming to Kolkata. Brand new coaches with adequate water supply and refills. Almost soundless inside the AC coaches. Helpful attendant.

first of all toilets are not clean even on stations where train is haulted for half an hour and train is late for 3and half hours

ekdum bekar train mera is train ke karan pnbe se dusra ticket tha late hone ke bajah se mera train chhut gaya hai
