pls clean train before sitting of traveller, pratapgarh in I caught the train, no proper house keeping. toilet seat are totally full bad condition, or Irctc mesh employees charge double amount to traveller. pls take necessary action.

worst experience with Indian railway. The AC coach ws pathet8c and the AC was nt working from the start and was not given attention even after a lot of complaints!
