1)train toilet not clean, water issues.
2) waiting passenger allow in reservation
3) rac passenger seat not alloted on priority
4) seat are very damage broken

I want some changes in railway department like Rac system I have book my ticket 3 times in ac ticket every time comes Rac it's bad my bad luck or railway gives me Rac tickets I don't know they taking full money and give me half sheets it's not good railay has change the rool other wise I will report a case again irctc okey if its happen again

pls clean train before sitting of traveller, pratapgarh in I caught the train, no proper house keeping. toilet seat are totally full bad condition, or Irctc mesh employees charge double amount to traveller. pls take necessary action.

worst experience with Indian railway. The AC coach ws pathet8c and the AC was nt working from the start and was not given attention even after a lot of complaints!
