cleaning department was not so excellent but the coach was clean good but not excellent.
the coffee was excellent.
snack has less variety no option in snacks like chips n biscuit no option in that

There is no pantry in the train. The as well before it's schedule time till it reaches Maharashtra . In Maharashtra it became late by 1 hr.
This train doesn't have pantry car due to which food is damn overpriced.....we had to wait for hours n hours just for tea n snacks.... Disappointed

pantry car not available, train quality also not good because proper cleaning of toilet not done, no proper water supply in tanks
Toilets should be maintaned regularly. Flush was not working properly and and has bad smell. People are not having good sense of using toilets... so should be cleaned regularly during the journey.
we paid for three berths in AC1 but there was no AC1 coach attached to the train...and we were made to travel in AC2
in train coach there is only 5to10 passenger are travelin n from irctc at the time of booking i got RAC8 i dont know how is system is working
