train delayed by approximately 5 hours
literally stopping at every stations fast is just in name but not the train

Train was neat and clean with proper bedding material supplied, only thing was not good are toilets flush buttons were not working!

Inthe coach B3 there wasn't any water.Passengers asked several time the boys to remove bedsheets & blankets but no body bothered. Boys we're busy playing games with their mobiles.

only 37 38 36 compartment AC window is high so unable to sleep due to tremendous cold
two times told attended but no response whole night we are waiting for repairment of AC

sleeping.. had to roam here and there for searching attendent for bedroll. finally found sleeping on upper berth

orderd food not delivered when the call customer care the executive miss behaved and abuse language on phone and when we want to talk haier authority he disconnect the phone next time we call the customer care he not receive phone

It's a good train to travel as generally it runs on time, cleanliness is good and the attendant is quite friendly.
