delayed start by 2 and a 1/2 hours. last minute announcement about change of platform. it is done deliberately by the railways to cause panic among the passengers and to help porters charge extra and enable pickpockets to steal.

toilet cleanliness is big issue and train gives jerks in 5-5 minute due to which can not sleep properly. train is late by 30 minutes.

Best Train ever the only problem is that the side lower and upper seats are little bit small it feels like conjusted, other than that the train is Good, toilet are clean too

इससे अच्छी खाने की क्वॉलिटी, स्वाद और अदरक वाली चाय। घर जैसा खाना है। आठ साल के ट्रेन सफर में पहली बार शाकाहारी खाना मिला। अति उत्तम।

the worse experience I had. the train is dirty, curtains are broken in second AC, there were bugs kept biting me all night. the smell was too bad, toilets were dirty. three hours running late

cockroaches found everywhere in 3AC compartment so need to improve the standard of cleanliness & worth of money which we had paying.

Train was neat and clean with proper bedding material supplied, only thing was not good are toilets flush buttons were not working!

Inthe coach B3 there wasn't any water.Passengers asked several time the boys to remove bedsheets & blankets but no body bothered. Boys we're busy playing games with their mobiles.

only 37 38 36 compartment AC window is high so unable to sleep due to tremendous cold
two times told attended but no response whole night we are waiting for repairment of AC

orderd food not delivered when the call customer care the executive miss behaved and abuse language on phone and when we want to talk haier authority he disconnect the phone next time we call the customer care he not receive phone
