“I am traveling from Solapur to Pune with a confirmed reservation. However, general passengers have occupied the reserved coach, causing extreme overcrowding. It’s difficult even to access the washroom. Kindly take immediate action.

The train was delayed by 1 hour. It is very hectic. Work and be serious about the same to avoid delays.
Lots of passengers depend on other connecting trains which were missed.

The toilets were without water and very dirty smell inside the toilets. we can't bear such dirty toilets. The sockets provided for the mobile charging were not working. The charges fit very loose due to which, mobile doesn't get charged.

TC should not be allowing General class passengers to enter in Reservation. A total of 170 people were present in a coach of 100

Train was running 20 minutes late than scheduled time and General ticket passengers were frequently coming in AC coaches and trying to occupy empty seats and distrubing passengers from AC coach.

Traveling in 2S CC car but most of the people taken tickets general and traveling in to 2S CC chair car that is not good for CC 2S people who was booked tickets. to avoiding rush please look in to.
