I would like to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the behavior of the catering staff on the train. The catering personnel are charging extra money (more than the MRP) for food and water. Moreover, when passengers ask or question them about the price, they threaten us and use abusive language.
Such behavior is unacceptable and creates fear among passengers. This is a clear violation of railway rules and causes great inconvenience to travelers.
I kindly request you to take strict action against the concerned catering staff and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

The train is good but it is being overcharged, this is not right, how will the overcharge end, water worth Rs. 15 is being given for Rs. 20, is this right, food worth Rs. 80 is being given for Rs. 130

2 mahina pahle ticket lene koi matlab nahi hai bahot ghatiya system hai station ane ke baad ticket cancel karte ho bhosdi walo chullu bhar pani me dub ke mar jao salo 1 waiting tha fir bhi kutto ne cancel kar diya or salo sarm nahi ata hai ticket cancel karke review mangte ho very bad app bekar samay kharab hua

total 8 hours late. because of late
I had loss of 14 lakhs rupees who will be refund me. Mr. Vaishnav or Railway.
der is no proper canteen in Train only most time Tea service. and the biggest thing when train is 6-7 hours late y should we purchase Food. dis is your responsibility to Provide the food to each one.

Everything is being sold above the MRP rate in this train. If you buy a water bottle it is written 15 rupees on it but the seller takes 20 rupees and if you ask for something they said buy it if you want. Don't waste my time.

As always, we got bad food on this train. I don't understand. When you take full money, you should feed us good things. And the train was on time. This was the only thing that was special about this train.

bahut kharab train hai rail valo ne mera Paisa 3 mahine tk use Kiya fir Aaj wetting me hi 3ac me 12 number pr hi chhod diya jo ki mai nhi ja paya very baid nirasjanak

Pathetic Train.....all old systems, as usual 3A is like sleeper class feeling. Very thin seats. Horrible experience with RAC ticket with thin seat. Indian Railway sucks. Mentality not improve since long. Atleast seats must be wide. You can cut out from other luxury things when travelers choosing between 3A 2A or 1A. Why compromise with seats? These are reasons why successful people living India.

train was 30 min late at Katni, outiside vendor and unreserved were full, vendor external selling with loud voice during sleeping hours,guthkha cigratte easy available in train,train pulling also happend

Very bad train ,train me yatri kachra ki tarah bhare the, puri jurni me tc aaya hi nahi,waiting valo ne bhut jyada hi paresan kr ke rakh diya hai,train me pantry car hai hi nahi, logo ko bahar se khane ke liye lena pd raha tha ,jo ko bhut jyada hi mahnga tha

Responsibility: it's a big thing. off cours everything is not ok in train as well as indian railway bt only government is not responsible for that, people should understand it and should mature, responsible and be gentle while traveling. otherwise any government can't make our journey safe and smooth with higher amount of Cleanliness.
In this train, no any pantry car bt you may get facilities from another sources in coaches.
