unhygienic toilets so much crowd In sleeper . even we can't reach to doors at our destination station due to so much overcrowding people who have no tickets or waitlisted slept on the floor of train everywhere even in the toilets

1st) I understand this is #MahaKumbh2025 time, that's why this much CROWD
2) Funny....One thing I observed is that, People in North would not get up from our SEAT/Birth......HAHA

3) We don't know whether they Took any Tickets at aaalll.....

All is good but in last from Nashik Road to Lokmanya Tilak in between these stations the water is very dirty which is come from tap like Black colour this is very embarrassing and no one is come to solve this problem this was not good

वेटिंग टिकट लेकर यात्रियों ने वातानुकूलित श्रेणी की ऐसी की तैसी करके रख दी है, स्लीपर और जनरल कोच से भी बदतर व्यस्था है एसी कोच में, बाथरूम का रास्ता भी ब्लॉक करके रखा है, आने जाने तक का रास्ता नहीं है, 20 साल की यात्रा में ऐसी अव्यस्था एसी कोच में कभी नहीं देखी, सरकार से अनुरोध है कि एसी कोच में वेटिंग टिकट लेकर यात्रा करने की अनुमति न दी जाय।

Good but coach attendant has no updated identity card.He has an expired identity card of year 2016.An attempt of luggage theft was made on passenger of berth no 41 & 42 after Jabalpur.Fact came out while police enquired in train.

First of all train was as always 3hrs late. Cleanliness by the staff was still maintained ,food was bearable however for the entire AC coach I was seated there was no charging switch active. I had to get it done from other coach.

worst service in reservation biggie is full of non confirm tickets people and even they laying on way and we are unable to go toilet and washroom, people are carrying stuff like its mall Gadi

Pantry charging more money for food and water and toilet was in very bad condition the water was not cold and the amount was printed on water bottles were 15 RS and they were charging 20 RS and food 100 RS and that too it was not good cooked

Sir plz check ur food specially roti and variety's of sabji is at same time aloo with chole and aloo fujiya .... Both sabji of aloo.... More than two hrs late ... Bt why for .? Washroom tap are not working properly even flush doesn't work ...
