require to improve interior design, while returning washroom was not clean bad smell was observed this is in CC bogie
when passengers are paying so much amount for tickets then they should get that much facilities.
please improve the same.

iI was told that the ticket will be refunded & I wasnt allowed to board the train
I got the confirmation of seat when the train had reached its destination CSMT

seat were not comfortable at all, there was no button to adjust seat and it will completely recliner where in we cannot adjust

It was in time , the lavatory was not clean , the lavatory has hardly any space to move freely , the pantry vendor never gives receipt .

Intercity exp is very good train but this train halt only 4 station but this train stoping many stations and train inside without confirmation ticket passenger travel in train and not ticket checker inside the train.
