In Reservation Coach TC allowed non reservation person to sit and to stand but as per rule of Indian railways it's not right way to do by TC . that non reservation personal can accupide the reservation seat and causing of that unessasaryly reservation passengers can suffer from these

Toilets were extremely dirty smelly no hand washing soap in general compartment toilet some windows do not have metal bars ......small kids can just fall off ...overall cleanliness was absent...disappointed

Experience is very awesome and train is also a looking good and maintenance of train is very Good, But some people are Travelling Without reservation these I get uncomfortable. By the way Train is Very good and our Journey is also get Beautyful.

too much crowded 2S coach. people carrying an unreserved ticket not a very comfortable journey.

My ticket was not confirmed as it was waitlisted so I took a pass. and now I'm getting refund of 45 rs only against 190 rs. Which is ridiculous. They have charged 1.5 times of ticket price for nothing.

Seats were not gud.no cleaning , very bad compartment. Seats condition were to old, lees spacing.

train was cancelled and yet u have deducted 60 rs as commission very high charges and poor service yet balance amt also not transferred

Please don't allow hawkers inside Deccan Queen. That too in AC coach hawkers was really discouraging.
