AC temperature was very low and no one was pay attention and toilet condition was very poor need to clean properly and water was insufficient in toillet as well

now a day train room service is poor they charged 2 Ac but nor provided bed sheet and blankets and private contact person not in the train

inspite of 1 month prior booking tickets for 2 persons
they have allotted only one seat for 2 person in sleeper coach

No water in the Western Style toilet located at the Northern end. The train is running late by 30 minutes.

upper seat Cleaning very bad. Pillows was without cover. Bed sheet folding was incorrect. Took 5 mints to put on upper seat

Train was late, Toilets were not clean,no water for washing in basin ,Toilets lock were broken,hence could not lock.

Verry neat and clean train. Train should be available on solapur platform at least 30 minutes before departure.

woolen blanket is very dirty and get bad smell . it should be dry clean properly. This is third time I have obseved.Pl. do the needful in future. Thanks.

Toilets are as bad as they are from years even for ac passengers. Atleast maintain cleaning for basic needs. Pillows , matress are of worst quality.

I don't get seat, I was booked tickets but it was RAC above 70% but they don't get confirm and we was suffering many problems

train examiners ask money to the passengers if the seat is not confirmed for online booked passengers which is corrupt n bad
