Rail Department Now Increases The Train Where Waiting List Of Passengers On That Heavy Rush Traffic. For Example Heavy Passenger Rush Always On Nagpur To Pune & Nagpur To Mumbai Route. I Request To The Rail Department, Please Increased Atleast One Train On That Route. This Train Always Increased The Rail Department Revenue Immediately.
Thank The Rail Department Of India.
Train Quality Is In Very Good Performance In Our Nagpur Division.

Awesome train—new rack, clean coach, clean toilets, and clean bed rolls. The only issue is that the wash basins are set quite far inside, so when someone washes their face, water spills outside the basin."

i was facing issue with seat i was traveling with grand mother age 85 travelling from nagpur to Ahmednagar and after chart prepare we came in RAC and there was no option to get the seat for us

Train no.12114 is very good, but I heard that in Train no. 12113 SM births are conjusted, which is allotted to me in Coach no. G2 Birth no. 59 as I am Sr.Citizeen and I have leg injury, fractured.

New Garib Rath nagpur to Pune is excellent train but lack..in wash basin very very small and uncomfortable.. Indian railway should change this design.. very urgently..design department should take note of this urgently... please forward to railways.. thanks

we are still in journey..the train is diverted from other rout and its been 24 hrs we are not reached to our destination..train is still standing on a unknown station without any services..people are facing lots of issues with this...

ekdum bekar safar Raha. 4 hours late train chalri hain. ticket main toh bohot taxes cut kiye. admi kisi kaam k liye safar krta hain . 11 bje Hume waha pochna tha 11.30 ho gye. ekdum bekar experience

1. Arrangement of 3 side births are very uncomfortable to all passengers., should be changed to 2 births irrespective of 2 tier or 3 tier arrangements.
2. Tall persons cannot seat properly at upper birth. If cushion thickness of birth could reduce by some high quality thin cushions for all birth, the space can be utilized for seating purpose.

very bad experience.due to excessive RAC alloted.Even had to fight with Attenend of G16 coach to get bed role despite paying at the time of booking.Overall it seems railway's makings
false claims. Start Duranto between Pune to Nagpur daily.or additional train.

Toilet can be equipped with better water flush system. Existing old flush system need to be replaced with a better system so that it does not require staff if anyone does not use the toilet properly.

Train was in time but was hold at outer for about 20 mins. Most passengers are in hurry to resume duties, this 20 mins causes concern.
