seats are not comfortable. Between two seats there is a lot of space given it's really not required. The whole time during the journey, many sellers shout and there repeatedly disturbing the journey.

Please change the Non- Veg menu, not at all tasty.
At least keep some choices, if someone doesn't like dal-rice-chicken then they can go for some nice hot biryani or so.
So many times I have written about it, but no change.
Nobody cares..

It was a 1 hour journey and the train was clean and tidy. We did not order food. It was a good experience.

Train was not atall clean so dirty and it was smelling so horrible that the smell was spread over the compartment
Horrible feeling
Food Quality - The railway canteen staff members were also not clean and they themself were stinking so much
The quality and service for panchavati train is now 0

worst quality food ...irtc food seller charging 150 for food thali and 20 for water did not even gave 20 rs back he said I vil give back when I get change frooti was diluted even water was not rail neer

old train full of cockroaches . the ac 3 tier was a sleeper coach converted to ac 3 tier.. washrooms dirty, ac inadequate, linens old . very very bad experience. train has no pantry

Train has stop near LTT 40 minutes after 40 minutes train has start but train was already late 30 minutes and waiting 40 minutes nears LTT station why 40 minutes train was not getting signal.

last two days I am lots of tried but booking not found sufficient amount creadeated of same system till date amount not refunded on my account and also when I tried company number every time he says will you call back 10 to 20 min till date i am waiting no response from Senior wort service ,i hartly suggested worst app don't loss of your valuable time and money
