toilets are very dirty in sleeper class , men stand outside the toilet making ladies uncomfortable to go.. the extra passenger who do not have seat .. they forcibly come and sit on reserved passenger seat.. no system at all

i booked ticket a month ago in 2AC when the GNWL 11 was there and after a month they gave me RAC seat. irctc is charging full amount for my ticket and providing half seat and that also in 2 AC. Very pathetic. Instead if they didn't confirmed my ticket I would opt for tatkal and in that case they happily gave me a seat so. That's IRCTC for you.

Train is good. From my experience punctuality is also good it recovered at night and it was late. food needed to be improved washroom need be cleaning and water availability also not in toilet so in time intervals and plan in major station automatically the roster system.and cleaning boogie also.

train quality is very bad like seats. and buttonns bathrooms. but train tea and food is ok. please change this type of happening

Very poor management. It Is supposed to be departing from the LTT Stop .So it should not have been late by any means. but it has already been over 2 hrs late still no update on when it is gonna come .

Nobody take care for cleaning from mumbai to bhopal.at bhopal stn cleaning was done for formality,no public opinion was taken.all sleeper classis were over crowded TT were indulge in there interest only.most of the loilets were so dirty and locks were in bad condition.toilet mugs were not there.in all cannot travel with family.
Very discouraging .

all OK leaving food because I know the quality it's not worthy of penny as compared to Indian railways,train reschedule part were little hectic but not big one , flower had been wet

Very bad experience of journey...
Excessive passengers were boarded in AC Coaches.
It was around 6 hours late by its actual time.
I missed my onwards plans due to poor punctuality of this train.

Make shift journey can be but sorry this time could not travel region Tatkal wait list 2 not to be confirmed. in 3A Happy journey to all those who has fix seat this particular date

train maintained good schedule during its run, but reached destination late only at the fag end of the journey, ie after Kanpur. Toilets were in bad shape and not having water, suggest to improve on this otherwise journey was average.
