इसमे रेटिंग 5 स्टार देने की कोनसी वजा..
ये तो सरा-सर भारतीय ट्रेन ऑनलाईन तिकीट कमाने की झोल है
1 स्टार देने की भी हसीयात नही है ऑनलाइन टिकिट के लिये..

there is no meaning of reservation ticket
because without reservation passenger comes in the coach & pack the coach & inconvenience to the reservation ticket holders there's no RPF support RPF support phone numbers are useless and constantly engaged 🤣🥳

The train facility is too poor, attendance provided a used bedsheet..as per their convenience..they didn't know about which passenger comes in midnight time..
Ticket collector is covered to them as personnel associates.
Bathroom and Toilet cleaning is too poor
The train is running late and always asking about punctuality.

I booked 30 days in advance, that was also a 3× refund ticket. I had a 2 year old baby. My wife, I and my baby were traveling. How will they sit on the RAC seat? You tell me. Why did the Railway Board ignore this matter?I faced a lot of difficulties while traveling. I was in a lot of pain. I can't tell you in words how much pain I suffered because of this inconvenience.First of all, you didn't provide the facilities by charging more money.. This was very bad.I am taking legal action against you..

so disgusting without a ticket passenger are travel on slipper coach and arguments with us I will file complaint on 139 but after some time they again argue with us and seat on aur seat 3 passenger and all coach full due to non reservation people no treatment are present to check ticket what a system

Train was almost 1 hour late at JL, but trains getting late isn't new on this route..well maintained toilets and coaches, RPFs and TC were on constant patrolling in coaches at every station, train speed was quite superb sometimes even exceeding 130kmph in some sections, reached NGP on time, but..from BD to NGP and onwards, local passengers entered in sleeper coaches and asked for seat sharing, I had to share my seat with one of them, TC didn't come until NGP, as train proceeds ahead of NGP, local passengers from next stations continued to travel from sleeper without reservations..this is only discomfort I've faced in my journey, other than that, the journey was awesome..🙌

not good toilet were very dirty no water supply from agra finally we complaint to station master in gwalior and he assured us arrange water at next station but no action has been taken jhansi so not good

The train delayed by 1 hr .and after that the abnormal sound was coming from coach celling like some scer or nut is fitted well or lossen up due to which passanger cant sleep for whole night .due to sound .in A3 compartment.

there was so many problems with passenger, no one have a right ticket with site ,and outer sources food seller were sell extra commissionate products,,this is wrong in train with passenger and train employee have no duty about this all things..pls

very bad experienced with Vidarbha express, Coach M2 had not a bed system, the Coach is fully AC but they don't provide any blankets and bed items. very disappointed with journey. I had very bad experienced

Regret to say that normal ticket passengers blocking reserved candidates seats and free traversal throughout journey. Eso for SrCitizens there is no place to move freely ti gor restrooms until station arrive and again same ... Pls reduce ticket fare or TAKE STRICT ACTUIONS to control norml passengers boarding reserved coaches...

Fast Train / Passengers of local train always travel through this train from Thane to Kalyan. Due to that Passengers those has to travel distance not get place in train even after reservation. Please solve problem.
