no plug points in the coach...the only plug point on a coach is at the end near to the toilet where there's a huge line of PPL waiting to charge their phones....what is this?...i mean it's 2023 and can't you guys make any improvements in a coach....it says it's manufactured in 2013...

I got the last seat with a lady..due to which I couldnt sit comfortably..seat space should be bigger..also it would be better if seats are pushback type

All the platforms are occupied by Dogs. Kindly initiate measures to control them. Passengers really facing problem escepially ladies & childrens

Never take this train (if you have another choice) from TVC to ERN. It took more than 06 hours to reach ERN via Kottayam.

we know that our state is flooded and Indian railways have affected huge loss due to late running and cancellation of trains. But we the people of South India especially Keralites are the most decent people traveling with ticket...but we have only untidy.... leaking ...coaches
