At ERN station coach C3 came 3 coaches behind the announced position. I was travelling with my mother in law. Shes 82 yrs old. we had to run with the old mother to catch the coach. This caused lot of inconvenience.

The new Seats it's really uncomfortable for long distance journeys.
Indian Railways please put those Compartments for some short distance trains and reinstate the old Bogies for the Jan Shadabdi.

Despite having brand-new train coaches, many passengers lack awareness on maintaining cleanliness... especially those travellers from north.

Train quality is as usual very bad. Lot of cockroaches were there in the coach. Very old compartment, not maintained well. No food item apart from MRP stuff were available, maybe because it had no pantry

toilet was not clean.
unreserved passengers rushed to compartment at white field they pushed reserved passengers and sat. shouting. no one question. they got out at Bangarpet. more than 150 passengers climbed our bogey.

very bad i book ticket in Ac chair car tht time it was waiting list after tht day before journey it show CNF after getting inside train TTE saying my ticket is in second chair car... ??

very bad becose i am travelling through the waiting list. the TTR said to me online waiting list ticket not allowed to travelling in this train so he asked to me petty 430 rupees and my ticket charge only180 rupees and refund amount not give to me so iam very badly travelling

Food quality poor and for coffee they charging extra. On the coffee cup it's clearly written Rs7 and the person who bring coffee charged rs10.

ttr charged me a Fine of rs 1720/because of travelling without original I'd proof. I had a photocopy. this is very cruelty to the passangers
