My seat was preoccupied by unauthorised traveller, so called daily passenger. He has directed me to sit elsewhere as he was busy in gossipping with his friends or groups. It happens only due to lack of checking.

All seats are necessary chair is good for passenger. Maximum time train arive hwh is late,but food is good.

Good train, top notch punctuality and decent maintenance. The train has a good amount of breakfast options available like idli vada, samosa, pakoda, tea, coffee, lemon tea, cold drinks, etc

Trains should arrive on time. We have emergencies, if it gets delayed 5 minutes it causes so much loss. So I feedback on this, trains should arrive on time which is a big deal in IR.

last Friday the coromondal express got derailed and all the train showed cancelled then how could jana Satabdi express is asking for experience... I also didn't get my refund.so pathetic

NEED TO WORK ON CLEANLINESS.
ALSO THE TTs SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AS MANY TIME SEEN PEOPLE WITHOUT TICKETS ROAMING INSIDE COACHES ASKING FOR VACANT SEATS TO PASENGERS.

always I am given last or uncomfortable seat. why? passengers travelling in between stations get middle seat. as I'm obesse it is very pathetic to travel...

Mobile charging points are not provided in 2S coach.
Lab floor & pan stains cleaning need to be done.
Little cockroaches from seats are found climbing on to passenger's body.
Lights are unnecessarily remaining on in 2S coaches in bright day light.
