I am unable to get refund. My grandmother has to go for checkup in raipur but unable to go because doctor who was out of station and we was informed only 1hour before train was leaving Bilaspur. I have tried but no refund. The train ticket was 338 rs but no refund was made. Three passengers are travelling. Money is wasted .

Generally trains get delayed and we afe aware of it but isn't it right to get the passengers aware about the reason , or for how long they have to wait . That should be addressed first.

Prompt and proper display of coaches at stations will help passengers especially ladies with luggages to board their coach without hassle of finding and runing to catch their coach. As observed during boarding of train. Thanks

food cost should be less as the quantity we get .. example poha.. 1 packet = 30 rs i had paid . and its is very costly..

Good Train for GONDIYA to RAIGARH.
For Korba Passenger we don't have any connecting train, hence requested for connecting train.
