The train arrived at FKG about 1 hour late and reached GHY at about 11 pm.
Toilet was dirty , there was no water for flushing at one of them. The other toilets floor was full of water.

how tc taken the money and given ticket to passanger..tain already full.. no seat capacity in the train but but ticket were given by tc .. passangers were seating any where, loudly crowded.

reservation compartment is as worst as general compartment having a ticket I travelled half of the distance standing

The ticket is not confirmed and most of the time seats are always wait listed in the 11th hour. third class 3rd party ticket

1. more cleaniness required specially in the morning
2. Some what OK.
3. Needs more improvement in food quality.
4. Reservation birth/seats are not available as per the passengers requirement.
5. Senior citizens birth and seats, that is side lower and lower birth should be provided to them.

not satisfied. all coach are dirty specially CC coach, Cockroaches are playing everywhere like football ground.

suddenly at Jorhat railway station , came to know that tge said train would terminate from Dimapur, at the great incinvenience of passengers. Railways did not consider it necessary to inform passengers.pm

morning tea was not served, no napkins and salt were served,after asking reply was these are not in contract list. worst thing was asking for tips before arrival to destination.

Train punctuality is good but train quality is not good and hygiene.food quality is worse...
