Instead of cutting travel time you have increased. Why can't the travel time be either cut or maintain arrival time ?

Toilets are not clean . The floor is covered with water.

Train was not properly maintained. Cockroaches were there in the corner of the table.

wash rooms in ac chair are dirty.
The head rest seat covers are dirty and even worn out.
