Lavatory conditions should be improved. It is usually clean but last journey it was very unhygienic.

The management was so disappointing.
Passengers without tickets came in from every stop and made it very uncomfortable for the people who actually paid for the seats. The management did not even check for tickets after a certain stop.

ticket cancel kar diya tha toh only 25rs aaya hai ticket amount 85rs tha 70% deduction kar liya

Instead of cutting travel time you have increased. Why can't the travel time be either cut or maintain arrival time ?

wash rooms in ac chair are dirty.
The head rest seat covers are dirty and even worn out.
