in toilets no water in ac chair car ...unreserved peoples entry were seen during my journey .

Train was on time from Delhi to Neemkathana but after that someone pulled the chain.. that's why it was late to Reengus about 25 minutes....

Irctc portal does give option and to login to cancel the tickets... My all money went waste... How to get refund?????? I tried all old and so call new pathetic portal of irctc however never give any option to login???? It's worse than worst... Shitt!!!!
