pathetic Experience, washrooms are In worst conditions, doors are broken, water flush is not working and windows are of no use as it's not fully closed and many more....

Irctc portal does give option and to login to cancel the tickets... My all money went waste... How to get refund?????? I tried all old and so call new pathetic portal of irctc however never give any option to login???? It's worse than worst... Shitt!!!!
