need to improve the tea quality it cost 20 rupees and taste like shit it's better not to buy it and toilets are not clean it's really not worth it

last mein additional coach,jo 2s ki jagah sleeper coach tha,usme seat thi ,third class railway ki samajh,bathroom clean nahi ,uper ki tanki leakage aur train late 50 minutes late bhi

in front of every seat there was a broken place to keep the stuff. and washrooms were sp unhygienic. The train was stopping again and again for no reason .

Railway Department doesn't give importance to Citizens Valuable time as it is reaching late as well as Catering Stand fitted back of the traveller seat has been removed. Cleanliness is not up to mark. Unnecessary excess halting at the scheduled station. it's requested to improve in all respects please.

stopage at Haridwar is 5min. It is not enough for the passengers to board the train.There was no marking of coach no as a result passengers had to be face huge troubles. Passengers took huge risk to board the train.

Excellent but Ticket charges too much Extra. in one day I want station from Delhi to Dehradun I was booked tickets but in display mention in Delhi but thay gives another station so, I am losses 4000 Rupes.

everything is quiet good but the hyginic conditions can be a bit more better in 2nd sittings if u guys take care it can happen

Train is cancelled without any information given to me. I was supposed to catch the train from Haridwar instead of Dehradun. Thus i had a great inconvenience ultimately cancellation of tickets.

unmfortable seats..the tray was not clean and bottle holder were not available..no charging point for passengers other than the center of boggie..not happy with the journey..it was tiring

my journey on 10th july , you said seat no. 20 (D9) is window seat but actually it was middle seat . why you did this ???

Train was late by 9 hours..so if there is negative in punctuality i would like to give that then i got a pizza from the pantry which tasted sick.cleanliness i ll give 3 as the train was empty mostly so no chance of people doing it dirty.
