it was bad experience to travel with this train they have no any time limit follow time table day by day this train become worst to follow time table if any one have any emergency and they are travel with this train they do anything.

The train arrived punctually, however, food service was unavailable in my compartment, DL1. It seemed that general ticket holders were present, despite my understanding that they are not permitted on this particular train. Furthermore, the seating arrangement for three passengers did not provide a comfortable experience.

The coaches have become old and need either a radical revamp or replacement. The seats recline without impetus and smell from overuse. The toilets are tarnished and rickety, flush mal functioning and design cluttered.
Overall, a poor experience.

SF Janshatabdi delayed by 2 previous day 3.30 Hours, there is no interlinking for our EV1 coach becoz EV1 coach attached between engine and general compartment. We are frequent traveller most of the trains are delayed due to crossing, also service like announcement of platform no, as per application showing platform no 5 and at the last movement it stops at platform no 6 which inconvenient to passengers / senior citizens. We request you for improvement .

like only your train ticket confirmation program apart from it nothing is good The train quality was bad, seats are very ugly rusty and smell odour,even AC was not working for more than 45 minuts near chiplun station

train was well maintained but toilets were not cleaned especially the taps was broken n tabacco all over the place as always train was delayed by 3 hours which is so sad as no taxi available to run on meter atleast we need punctuality till we get the local train

One of the worst experiences in this train's DL 1 coach. it is like general bogi. everyone got up inside the train & it is really not comfortable seating for ticket holders. how can TC allow them in this coach. DL 1 is like a general coach only we do not travel again with this coach. no place to put our luggage.

sorry to say that never excepted that janmshatabdi train will get late more than 1 hour....I love to travel by train always but more than 1 hour no one will accept this ..so pls requesting you improve frequency of train ... Thank You

Journey was bad. I was I A/c chair car. Train was full. Atleast 20 passengers waiting to grab the seat with no confirm registration. Why are these passengers allowed to board without a confirm ticket. The charger points not working

Train was 2hrs delayed, due to an engine failure of some other train. Railways should check the maintenance of these old train engines which can become faulty and have an stand by engine to clear these rains. rather making the current train which running on schedule to tow the stopped engine

train condition is to worst. seat uncomfortable already but now seen to much uncomfortable because of watter bottles hanging stand. after windows shut down rain water heavily come inside from windows.

in my last travel ..... there were lot fruit waste kept out side the pantry area and it was smelling...... the AC Was not giving enough colling..... toilets were very bad..... i was dissapointed.... And food is never good in jan shatabdi.... specially tea the milk 70 % water..... pls raise the quality of service for AC coaches.
